You plan interventions with medical and nursing teams, coordinate flows (patients, professionals, instruments, premises) and adapt the operating schedule in real time in case of contingencies. You communicate effectively with all theatre stakeholders and ensure traceability of information.
You validate the daily operating schedule, monitor the progress of interventions, reassign rooms if necessary and participate in weekly coordination meetings. You analyse activity data, monitor performance indicators and prepare monthly reports to improve efficiency and organisational quality.
You contribute to smooth coordination between theatres, anticipate needs, optimise resource use and ensure coherence of the patient pathway. You participate in programming and steering meetings, while working closely with department heads and the Operating Theatres Directorate.
Qualifications
