- Planning, organising and conducting basic training for apprenticeships in mechanical trades such as Mechanical Practitioner EBA, Production Mechanic EFZ, Polymechanic EFZ
- Imparting practical and theoretical expertise in mechanics, such as measurement and testing technology, manufacturing fundamentals, conventional turning, CNC technology and pneumatics
- Professional leadership and support of specialist trainers in various production departments
- Preparing apprentices for partial exams and qualification procedures
- Recruiting new apprentices in cooperation with the HR department
- Participating in internal career information events and regional career fairs
- Organising trial programmes and supervising trial apprentices
- Optimising workflows and ensuring quality as well as process safety
- Contact person for parents, vocational schools and authorities
What we expect
- Completed basic training as a Polymechanic EFZ
- Further training as a trainer with SVEB certificate and/or Diploma Technician HF Mechanical Engineering is an advantage
- Enjoyment in supporting and developing apprentices
- Convincing and engaging personality with confident demeanour
- Strong communication, professional and social skills
- Independent, reliable and team-oriented working style
- Commitment, flexibility and sense of responsibility
