The Kronbühl Foundation promotes, supports and cares for children, adolescents and adults with severe physical and intellectual disabilities. With our diverse services tailored to the individual needs of our clients and the high quality of our services, we are among the leading institutions in Eastern Switzerland. In the boarding school and the occupational residential home, the care of the pupils and residents at night is ensured by a team of nursing specialists. During the night, two main night watches and an additional night watch are present. A modern alarm system, installed in every room, supports their work.
To complement our dedicated night watch team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a
Night Watch
(40% workload)
Tasks
- Independent, holistic care and support during the night hours
- Taking on night watches in the boarding school and the adult residential home
- Work shifts also on public holidays
- 1-2 weekend duties per month
Profile
- Training as a nursing specialist HF, health specialist or equivalent qualification (re-entrants also welcome)
- Experience in dealing with people with disabilities is an advantage
- Sense of responsibility, social skills and empathy
- Willingness to work motivatedly in a committed team
- High level of commitment and resilience
