- Taking on run & change tasks for our financing applications in a Dev/Ops environment
- Customer-centred analysis of business requirements and their feasibility
- Creating requirement specifications, use cases, features, stories, and GUI prototypes
- Developing and evaluating solution approaches as well as creating detailed specifications
- Supporting IT implementation and defining and executing test cases
- Organising, moderating, and leading workshops
- Working closely with product managers, product owners, and other key stakeholders
- Completed studies (university, university of applied sciences, higher vocational school) in business informatics, business administration, business analysis/engineering
- Several years of experience as a business engineer/analyst, preferably in a bank and ideally in financing topics
- Knowledge of agile project management methods (e.g. Scrum, SAFe) is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills for analysing complex contexts and dependencies
- Open and empathetic personality with team player qualities, high independence, and strong self-motivation
- Enjoy working with employees from other units (IT, product management, sales, etc.)
- Openness and willingness to take on tasks in the role of product owner if required
- Very good oral and written expression in German
