For our headquarters in Baden, we are looking for a motivated personality as a Payroll Professional (m/f/d) 80% to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your qualifications

• Completed EFZ training with further education in payroll and/or social insurance
• Solid knowledge in payroll processing, Swiss social insurances, and withholding tax
• Experience with payroll systems (preferably SwissSalary, Dialogik) as well as high IT affinity
• Organizational talent with a structured and responsible working style
• Team-oriented, communicative, and service-minded personality

Your area of responsibility

• Responsibility for the entire payroll administration of around 300 employees
• Handling social insurance administration (AHV, EO, KTG, UVG, BVG, withholding tax, FAK, etc.) including notifications to insurance companies
• Ensuring timely year-end closing tasks
• Recording, maintaining, and checking employee master data in the payroll system and time tracking
• Accompanying the administrative process from entry to exit
• Contact person for our employees and branches regarding questions about payroll and social insurance
