• You take on the strategic and operational management of several product groups as well as the assigned corporate sales functions – with full business responsibility and scope for design.
• You further develop our global portfolio market- and customer-oriented – focusing on smart, connected, and pioneering technologies.
• You continue to expand our international market position – through differentiated product strategies and a strong go-to-market approach.
• You manage profitable growth in our target markets together with the national companies – with a view to scaling, margin strength, and customer added value.
• You shape an outstanding market presence – in close cooperation with marketing and sales.
• You actively participate in the management team of the Baumer Group – thus shaping the entrepreneurial development of the company.

• You are an entrepreneurial-minded leader with strategic foresight, strong implementation orientation, and high result responsibility.
• You have a completed technical university degree – complemented by business knowledge and understanding of complex markets.
• You bring several years of experience in leading business units with P&L responsibility in an industrial environment – ideally in electronics or mechanical engineering.
• You are close to the market, consistently think in customer solutions, and know how to transfer technology trends into marketable products.
• You have a confident presence on the international stage – with very good English skills and intercultural competence.
• You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality – and enjoy achieving real impact with your team.
• You have a natural, likeable manner, can inspire, and motivate people to achieve great things together.
