About the job
Your Tasks:
- Efficient handling of telephone and written customer enquiries in DE/FR or DE/IT
- Providing information on various questions to all contact persons by telephone, chat & e-mail
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Continuous monitoring of open pending matters
- Occasional administrative and coordination tasks
- Completed basic training advantageous (commercial clerk or retail specialist or similar)
- Previous professional experience in customer consulting / customer service / customer support
- Confident German skills / very good French or Italian skills (mandatory)
- Service-oriented, communicative and structured personality with drive
- Proficient use of PC & IT
- Flexible availability (regular evening & Saturday shifts)
- Working hours Monday to Friday / Saturday shifts by arrangement
- Try & Hire employment with option for permanent position
