As an integration company, Cantina e9 is a work branch of the Weizenkorn Foundation and employs staff at a supported work or training place. Due to an early retirement, we are looking for a committed and motivated service employee 80 - 100 % starting from October 1, 2025, or by agreement. Your tasks:
- Work pedagogical support, guidance, and promotion of employees at the supported work and training place including case documentation
- Daily participation and coordination in the operational service process (Mise en Place, serving,
- Participation, co-organization, and execution of events (catering/banquets)
- Responsible for household tasks
- Administrative activities (e.g. orders non-food)
- Assistance in the training and education of our trainees (Pra-INSOS and EBA) You bring:
- Solid gastronomic basic training
- Experience in service and/or the execution of banquets and catering
- Work pedagogical further training and/or experience is an advantage
- Patience, empathy, and clear, appreciative communication
- Team ability, initiative, and sense of responsibility
- High customer orientation and impeccable appearance
- Fluent German skills, Swiss German is an advantage
- Administrative skills and good PC knowledge We offer:
