We stand for innovative, qualitatively convincing solutions as well as expert and method-competent consulting services – always in the context of 100% renewable and sustainability. Our pioneering role in novel building and energy concepts, innovative solar power plant solutions, and the renovation of hydropower in Switzerland distinguishes us. As a committed, interdisciplinary team of 20, we work in a family-like setting in central locations in Zurich and Bern – full of vigour, step by step advancing the energy transition.
From August/September 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for you:
You are committed to energy efficiency in the building stock, especially in the networking of technology. You engage in the successful execution of projects and support our clients as well as our project managers in solving a variety of challenges. Besides your planning support, you also work in an advisory capacity and contribute to improving the ecological footprint of our clients regarding construction, consumption, and generation. You are partly involved in conceptual work and have the opportunity to provide individual services for demanding clients.
You support our project managers in the following areas:
- Feasibility and preliminary studies on energy & buildings / condition analyses and renovation concepts
- Project planning, functional tenders, and support up to and including commissioning
- Operational optimisations and analyses, including follow-up support
- Technical consulting, client representation, quality assurance in demanding projects
Technology in harmony with decarbonisation excites you. The energy transition and its associated challenges are close to your heart. You are fascinated by building technology issues and enjoy being out and about. You think and act entrepreneurially and performance-oriented, managing your projects conscientiously and self-motivated to success and taking responsibility.
You preferably hold a university degree (ETH, FH) in a technical field of study (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or building technology/energy) or are a HF technician in building technology and have attended relevant further training in the field of buildings, energy & sustainability. You are self-responsible, reliable, and proactive. You can organise yourself, independently prioritise tasks, and are strong in implementation. You can count on the support of an experienced team of professionals in a dynamic environment.
The internship duration is set at 6 months. The internship is preferably suitable for recent graduates, with the prospect of subsequent permanent employment.
Good IT user skills such as good Excel knowledge are required. User experience in simulation tools, tools for heat demand calculations, drawing programmes, etc., as well as programming experience, are advantageous. Your organisational skills, proactive thinking, performance orientation, and goal-oriented working style are part of your recipe for success. Pleasant manners, successful communication internally and externally, and confident German (French/English/Italian advantageous) are prerequisites.
