Regent Lighting, based in Basel, employs around 600 staff across six countries, is the market leader in Switzerland and one of the leading lighting manufacturers in Europe. Our products are distributed internationally in 35 countries through distribution partners.

For our headquarters in Basel, we are looking to strengthen our team with a person who will manage our sales branch in Düsseldorf (Germany).

Internal Sales Clerk (m/f) 80-100% - fixed-term for at least 6 months with option for permanent employment

Your tasks

• You are the first point of contact for your assigned colleagues in field sales and support your joint projects with them
• You calculate, create and monitor offers and follow them up
• You keep an eye on order execution
• You take on telephone customer support within the team
• You form the interface for collaboration with the specialist departments

Your profile

• You have completed commercial or electrical training
• You have good knowledge of all MS Office products
• You speak and write German fluently; English skills are an advantage
• You are a flexible, committed, goal- and result-oriented personality with a strong team spirit
• You like to take responsibility, act proactively, keep a cool head even in challenging situations and remain calm
