Administrative support of orders until delivery
Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates with customers
Organisation of transports and coordination of complaints
Maintenance of customer and order data in the ERP system
Experience in internal sales or order processing
Confident handling of ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Very good German and good English skills
Understanding of commercial processes and technical products
