About the job
For the Swiss Tunnel Construction department, we are looking for you as Head of Electrical Engineering to strengthen our team (depending on demand, throughout Switzerland).
Tasks
What tasks await you as Head of Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)?
- Technical and personnel management of the electrical engineering department in tunnel construction
- Developing technical concepts and documents together with the electrical and acquisition departments during the tender phase
- Responsibility for planning, procurement, operation and maintenance of electrical systems and installations on our construction sites (including power supply, medium and low voltage systems, site lighting, ventilation controls, communication and security systems, etc.)
- Preparation of plan submissions (ESTI)
- Ensuring availability and safety of electrical installations on construction sites
- Definition and monitoring of maintenance and inspection concepts
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations (NIV, NIN, EKAS, SUVA, ESTI, etc.)
- Technical support for project managers, site managers and the MTA
- Willingness to regularly attend construction sites at various tunnel projects in Switzerland
Requirements
What requirements do you bring as Head of Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)?
- Engineer FH/ETH Electrical Engineering, Technician HF Electrical Engineering or Master Craftsman (HFP)
- Expertise according to NIV Art. 8 is mandatory
- Several years of leadership and project experience advantageous
- Professional experience with construction site, industrial or tunnel installations
- Knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations
- Experience in drive, control and energy technology
- High social and leadership competence
