Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a DSP Production Technician who is rigorous, organized, and has a strong team spirit to join our Bulle Manufacturing Bio DS department, based at our site in Bulle, Switzerland.
About the role
The role of the DSP Production Technician is to carry out production activities in 5x8 shifts with the required deadlines and quality necessary for the smooth running of operations.
He/she performs routine production activities according to defined processes.
All operations performed by the DSP production technician must comply with the applicable GMP and HSE rules for which the employee is trained.

You will report to the Team Leader and join a team of 8 colleagues.
Your activities
Carry out the manufacturing process steps while respecting good manufacturing practices, hygiene and safety rules, and procedures, while ensuring product quality.
Prepare and verify the elements necessary for production, such as raw materials, products, and packaging items.
Respect health, safety, and environmental (HSE) rules, immediately report any incident or dangerous situation, and encourage colleagues in the HSE approach.
Interested? For this position, you must have the following education, experience, and skills:
Technical training in biotechnology, chemistry, or biology, knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP) and pharmaceutical requirements, experience with automation systems.
Rigorous and honest personality, good communication skills, ability to manage stress and priorities, team spirit and positivity.
