What you can achieve

You lead and further develop the strategic project and transformation portfolio, creating transparency about priorities, dependencies, resources, risks and milestones.
You prepare strategic portfolio decisions for the CEO and leadership team, develop decision-making bases and moderate initiatives until they are ready for decision.
You establish and maintain a comprehensive roadmap and make resource bottlenecks as well as dependencies between Operations, Quality, Market, IT and other areas visible at an early stage.
You take over the management of selected strategic cross-sectional projects and coordinate participants from different departments as well as interfaces within the Galenica Group.
You identify risks and goal conflicts early and prepare prioritisation, de-prioritisation and escalation decisions in a structured manner.
You ensure that decisions, responsibilities and milestones are documented transparently, communicated and consistently tracked.

Several years of experience in project or programme management as well as ideally in portfolio management in a complex or regulated environment.
Sound understanding of project and process management as well as experience with classical and agile methods, business cases, roadmaps, RACI and risk and dependency management.
Understanding of regulated environments such as Pharma/GxP and a good understanding of ERP, production and IT systems.
Strong ability to quickly structure complex contexts, connect different interests and derive clear decision-making bases from them.
Confident appearance, persuasive communication and the ability to drive decisions and changes even without direct line responsibility.
High personal responsibility, analytical thinking as well as a structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style.
