Your Profile
- You hold a degree in civil engineering.
- You have at least 10 years of experience in managing underground infrastructure projects, ideally in the field of railway or road tunnels.
- You have proven experience as a project manager and have successfully led complex mandates involving multiple stakeholders.
- You are familiar with Swiss standards, guidelines, and practices as well as the specificities of the French-speaking Swiss market.
- You wish to play an active role in the development of the tunnel and underground structures market in French-speaking Switzerland.
- You enjoy teamwork and thrive in collaborative environments bringing together specialists from different disciplines.
- With excellent interpersonal skills, you build trusting relationships with clients, partners, and authorities.
- Rigorous, pragmatic, and solution-oriented, you are capable of managing ambitious projects while uniting teams around common goals.
The Mission
You take responsibility for underground infrastructure projects and support our clients throughout the project lifecycle, from preliminary studies to commissioning. In this capacity, you:
- Ensure the technical, organisational, and financial management of projects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and mobilise the necessary skills at each project phase.
- Guarantee the quality of services, respect deadlines, and control costs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and authorities.
- Actively contribute to the positioning and development of the group’s tunnel and underground works activities in French-speaking Switzerland.
- Participate in knowledge transfer and skills development within the teams.
