Polymechanic Assembly 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Assembly of modules, stations and complete systems according to technical specifications, construction drawings and assembly plans

• Execution of tubing of stations and systems according to specified pneumatic and hydraulic schematics

• Independent commissioning of systems in the factory as well as directly on site at the customer, including functional tests and trial runs

• Adjustments and rework on individual parts to ensure flawless functionality and optimal fit

• Carrying out quality controls throughout the entire assembly process

• Error analysis and troubleshooting of technical problems during the assembly and commissioning phase

• Documentation of the work performed and preparation of assembly reports

• Close cooperation with the design department, project management and customer service

• Support in the optimisation of assembly processes and contribution of improvement suggestions

• Instruction and training of customers in the operation and maintenance of the systems

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a mechanic, machine mechanic or polymechanic

• Sound knowledge of pneumatics and electrical engineering

• Ideally experience in the assembly of systems or modules

• Willingness to travel about 10%

• German as mother tongue

• Adaptable, open and flexible personality with team spirit

• Independent, responsible and proactive way of working

• Enjoyment of working with technical drawings and schematics
