About the job
The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical, and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 220 clients.
Starting immediately or by arrangement (temporary until the end of August 2026), we are looking for a position at the Schönenbüel residential home in Teufen:
Care and Support Specialist (80 - 100%)
Your tasks:
- Accompanying, promoting, and caring for adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities according to the key worker system
- Creating written documentation
- Assisting with household tasks in the residential group
- Cooperating with relatives and professionals
Your profile:
- Completed training preferably in the field of people with disabilities, social pedagogy, curative/psychiatric nursing, or in the nursing sector
- Resilience in demanding situations
- Willingness to work irregular hours
