About the job
Küng Automobile is a traditional family business with around 100 employees and four locations in the Baden region. With Volvo, Škoda, Nissan, Ford and Hyundai, we are versatile and firmly rooted in the region.
For our location in Wettingen, we are looking for a committed individual from January 2027 or by arrangement as
Dispatcher / Sales Management Assistant (m/f) 100%
What you bring:
- Motivated and independent personality
- Experience in the automotive industry and dispatching
- Experience with the Škoda or Ford brand is an advantage
- Enjoyment in direct customer contact
- Completed commercial apprenticeship as a clerk is an advantage
- High service orientation and flexibility
- Reliable and precise working style
Your tasks are:
- Various dispatching tasks (processing orders, ordering and deregistering vehicles, managing discounts and bonuses)
- Vehicle accounting and invoicing
- Sales support
- Support in marketing activities and exhibitions
- Assistance in training commercial apprentices
- Support of sales management in daily operational business
- Creation, maintenance and preparation of sales documents, offers and reports
- Planning and organisation of vehicle handovers as well as coordination with workshop, dispatch and marketing
