Your missionsThe Business Manager's mission is to lead, develop, and make profitable a portfolio of projects or contracts in the field of electronic security (access control, IP video surveillance, burglary, defense systems, supervision, and sound systems). A true conductor, he is the guarantor of customer satisfaction, the technical quality of deliverables, respect for deadlines, and the profitability of the business. You will be required to:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Ensure coordination and monitoring of security and safety projects, while ensuring respect for defined deadlines and budgets.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure the quality and compliance of projects.
- Prepare calls for tenders and quotes.
- Manage the administrative and financial part of projects.
- Engineer in electrical engineering, industrial computing, or equivalent.
- Significant experience of at least 10 years as a Business Manager or Project Manager in electronic security.
- Mastery of security systems.
- Good knowledge of business management software.
- Strong skills in managing complex projects.
- Ability to simultaneously manage different projects as a whole.
- Autonomy, rigor, and analytical mindset.
