Job Description

• Property management (residential and commercial buildings)
• Cleaning stairwells
• Cleaning and maintenance of the surroundings
• Mowing lawns, removing weeds, tending flower beds, trimming hedges and edges
• Monitoring building technology
• General tasks such as changing lamps, etc.

We expect

• Apprenticeship as a maintenance specialist, craft training or several years of experience as a caretaker/cleaner
• German spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
• Clean/groomed appearance is essential with clients
• Good manners with clients and colleagues
