Electrician - Automation Technician L3 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Carrying out complex manufacturing activities according to relevant specifications

• Taking on professional responsibility for specific products or process steps

• Performing demanding rework, adjustment and assembly tasks according to technical specifications

• Operating and programming automatic machine tools

• Responsible decision-making (Level 1) for completed work and identified deviations

• Developing and implementing test procedures for process steps

• Making adjustments based on visual and functional inspections according to specifications

• Documenting results and professional communication in case of deviations

• Introducing new products or processes and ensuring the required competencies within own area of responsibility

• Is the Level 1 decision-maker for completed work and detected deviations.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as an Electrician or Automation Technician with EFZ

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable environment

• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system

• Good physical condition for the tasks involved

• Further training in the specialist field is an advantage

• Reliable and independent working style

• Team spirit and strong communication skills
