Your Tasks
- You lead the areas of sales, marketing, and public transport customer service as well as marketing for the Zug tariff association – with a leadership span of 26 employees (including decentralized teams), 6 of whom you lead directly.
- You stay close to your teams, provide orientation, recognize potential, lead with joy, clarity, and trust, and actively shape the further development of these areas.
- You are responsible for the marketing and communication concepts for public transport based on multi-year strategies and effectively implement them with your team.
- You actively drive market development in the B2B sector – focusing on the sales platform Faboo – and enthusiastically develop new business opportunities.
- You continuously manage and optimize sales channels, analyze their performance, and derive targeted measures.
Your Profile
- You have a higher education in sales/marketing (HF, FH, FA) and several years of experience in a comparable leadership role.
- Experience with complex sales strategies as well as data-driven marketing is desired. Public transport knowledge or enthusiasm for public transport is a prerequisite.
- You think strategically and conceptually and implement ideas pragmatically and solution-oriented as a committed doer.
- You are a leadership personality who engages, develops, and inspires people.
- As a strong team player, you live collaboration, work across departments, and convince with clear communication and confident appearance.
