- Supervise and lead a team of about 35 in UHT/Pasteurization.
- Ensure adherence to all cleanliness and hygiene regulations.

Skills
- Completed vocational training in plant operation or food industry.
- Experience in personnel and technical leadership of medium-sized teams.
- Fluent in German with excellent MS Office and SAP skills.

About the job
What you can achieve
- You are responsible for the personnel and professional leadership of around 35 employees in the UHT/Pasteurised filling area.
- You ensure that the processes, procedures and all existing regulations (cleanliness, hygiene, etc.) are always adhered to.
- You take responsibility for the smooth operation of the UHT/Pasteurised filling team.
- You coordinate and organise your team independently and are the first point of contact for any problems that arise.
- You actively work on all machines in day-to-day operations.
What you bring with you
- You have completed vocational training as a plant operator or in the food sector (cheesemaker, dairy technologist, etc.).
- You have several years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the food sector.
- You have already gained experience in the personnel and professional leadership of medium-sized teams.
- Your open, approachable and innovative personality will help you progress with us.
- You have very good MS Office skills as well as good SAP user knowledge.
- You have business fluent German skills in spoken and written form.
