AV Service Technician (80 - 100% workload)
Your Tasks
- First level support & telephone customer consulting
- Error diagnosis and development of problem-solving concepts
- Independent processing of repair and service orders
- Maintenance work on existing multimedia systems of our customers
- Order-related administrative activities
- Management of the spare parts warehouse
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a multimedia electronics technician (or equivalent training)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English and French skills are an advantage
- Professional experience in the installation or service of multimedia systems
- Good IT user skills
- High customer and service orientation
- Willingness for on-call duty (max. 2x monthly by arrangement)
- Team-oriented, reliable and high-quality working style
- Possession of a driving license (category B)
