Plant Operator in the Food Sector (m/f/d)

For our clients in the food industry, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Plant Operator (m/f/d) to support our team.

Tasks

• Operation and monitoring of production plants in the food industry.
• Ensuring quality and compliance with production standards.
• Troubleshooting minor technical faults and reporting major issues to the maintenance team.
• Documentation of production data and preparation of reports.
• Compliance with health and safety regulations.

Your Profile

• Completed training as a machine and plant operator or in a technical field.
• Technical understanding and the ability to quickly identify and solve problems.
• Experience in operating production plants, ideally in the food or chemical industry.
• Team-oriented working style and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Good German language skills (at least B2).
