About the job

• Leading and implementing cross-departmental projects and initiatives in Operations, for example in building a modern Workforce Management system
• Structuring complex issues and translating them into concrete, actionable solutions
• Analysing data, processes and performance as a basis for decisions and improvement measures
• Professional implementation of digital and technical projects in close collaboration with IT, Product Management and other interfaces
• Managing implementation across different departments and stakeholders, from conception to operational anchoring

• Very good (technical) university degree with a focus on business, science or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in leading and implementing demanding projects, ideally in an operations, service or transformation environment
• Experience with digital or technology-driven projects and a good understanding of collaboration between the business unit and IT
• High analytical competence and ability to translate data into concrete insights, decisions and measures
• Strong implementation skills, personal responsibility and a hands-on mentality as well as the ability to bring different stakeholders together for common solutions
