Manager of Operations, Security and Buildings at 100%
Your mission and responsibilities
- Ensure the management of the operations and security sector on managerial, organisational, administrative and HR levels.
- Lead and coordinate the necessary measures for the regular update of the general security concept for the MEG.
- Supervise the maintenance of buildings, technical equipment and manage outsourced cleaning services.
Your profile
- Hold a CAS in security or a CFPA‑E diploma as a security coordinator, complemented by an AEAI fire protection certification or equivalent training. A CFC in construction or building would be desirable.
- Have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position, with proven management skills.
- Be proficient in scheduling software as well as standard office tools.
- Have excellent command of French, both spoken and written; knowledge of a second language is an asset.
- Be pragmatic and able to mobilise a team through listening and dialogue to establish a climate of trust and create a positive and stimulating work environment.
- Have the ability to collaborate and interact constructively and effectively with multidisciplinary teams and numerous partners, even in stressful situations.
- Demonstrate a keen sense of priorities and organisation, and show commitment to quality service.
