About the job
As the educational lead, you take on the professional and organisational responsibility for the training of our students in anaesthesia nursing. Your core tasks include recruiting, introducing, and supporting the students as well as planning and coordinating their training including internships. In addition, you continuously develop our training concept and ensure its implementation. The educational component accounts for around 40-60%.
Additionally, you will work 40-50% as a certified expert in anaesthesia nursing NDS HF in clinical practice. In our modern operating theatre area with eight operating rooms and clearly structured processes, you contribute to safe and high-quality anaesthesiological care. You work interdisciplinarily and maintain close collaboration with anaesthetists as well as the teams for positioning care, the operating area, and the recovery room.
We also offer committed individuals the opportunity to complete training as an educationally responsible anaesthesia nursing specialist and thus specifically develop for this responsible role.
