Social Insurance & Absences Specialist 80-100%- Accurate recording, processing and verification of absences with UKA Solution from HRM Systems in coordination with the company’s internal time tracking system Time@ISS
- Monitoring of incoming daily allowances in the UVG area
- Registration of EO benefits as well as checking and recording of daily allowances
- Monthly processing of KTG and UVG daily allowances in UKA Solution in preparation for payroll
- Coordination of daily allowances, IV benefits and pension fund pensions
- General correspondence and case clarifications with insurance companies
- Contact person for internal Case Management and the People & Culture department on all social insurance matters
- Several years of professional experience in social insurance or payroll
- Further training in social insurance/payroll or qualification as an HR specialist
- Networked thinking, initiative and careful working style
- Knowledge of UKA Solution and confident use of MS Office
- Fluent German and French skills, Italian skills are an advantage
