Your tasks with the new employer

• Take full responsibility for the property accounting of your own portfolio with rental properties as well as condominium and co-ownership objects
• Prepare meaningful operating and ancillary cost statements as well as periodic property financial statements
• Additionally, you will manage accounts payable and receivable, coordinate payment runs and ensure correct reconciliation of all relevant bank accounts
• Support the professional dunning and debt collection process and contribute to a smooth management process with a structured working method

You offer your new employer

• You have completed commercial training with experience in property accounting as well as further training in the real estate or finance sector
• You bring several years of financial experience of at least two years, ideally with sound knowledge in managing property accounting and annual financial statements
• Good German skills and confident handling of common accounting and office applications characterise your profile; French skills are a plus
