For an internationally operating industrial company with demanding manufacturing processes, we are looking for an experienced and committed individual as a measurement technician
Responsibilities:
Performing precise measurements and inspections on individual parts and assemblies
Operating and programming coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
Creating, adjusting, and optimising measurement programmes
Conducting initial sampling as well as series and random inspections
Evaluating and documenting measurement results
Analysing deviations and supporting fault cause analysis
Close collaboration with quality management, production, design, and development
Supporting the optimisation of manufacturing and inspection processes
Ensuring compliance with drawing specifications, tolerances, and quality standards
Qualifications:
Completed technical training, for example as a polymechanic, production mechanic, mechatronics technician or equivalent
Experience in quality assurance or measurement technology
Good knowledge in handling coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
Experience in creating measurement programmes and/or with corresponding measurement software is an advantage
Confident handling of technical drawings, tolerances and GD&T
Strong technical understanding and a careful, precise working style
Independent and solution-oriented personality
Good German language skills in spoken and written form
