What is my role?

You take responsibility for an important product group in the electronics sector and actively shape the purchasing strategy.

• You build long-term supplier relationships on a global level and develop them purposefully

• You analyse market trends, identify opportunities early and derive concrete measures from them

• You independently negotiate contracts, prices and conditions with international suppliers

• You contribute your expertise to product development projects and ensure supply security

• You work cross-functionally and are an important interface between development, production and purchasing

• You ensure compliance with internal guidelines and standards

What do I need to be successful?

• You have a solid education in a commercial or technical field and have developed further in purchasing or supply chain

• You have several years of experience in strategic procurement – ideally in an industrial or manufacturing company

• You are familiar with electronic components and know what matters in supplier evaluation

• You negotiate confidently, present convincingly and bring decisions to a targeted conclusion

• You work independently, prioritise wisely and do not lose track even in complex situations

• You communicate fluently in German and English – both written and spoken

• You are open, honest and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
