Data Protection Specialist - 10-month contract

For our client, we are looking for a Data Protection Specialist to join the Global Privacy Office for a 10-month contract.

Description

• Providing expert advice on matters related to data protection, ensuring compliance with
• GDPR, Swiss and UK data privacy regulations;
• Performing analyses on topics pertaining to data privacy regulations in other regions, with support from the Manager;
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating data protection clauses in contracts, agreements
• Reviewing and drafting Data protection related policies;
• Staying abreast of developments in data protection laws and regulations, and communicate changes effectively within the organisation;
• Conducting thorough assessments of data processing activities and advise on risk mitigation strategies.

Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Protection specialist or Legal Counsel with a strong focus on data protection;
• In-depth knowledge of GDPR, LPD, and other relevant data protection laws;
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, French is an asset;
• Available to start in May 2026 for a 10 months period;
• Operate autonomously on specific projects or requests, and under the supervision and in
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications;
• PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Teams, and SharePoint;
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills;
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
