About the job
Love of Swiss Chocolate for 125 years in Fribourg. Our chocolate factory, founded by Wilhelm Kaiser in 1901, is still present in Fribourg. Here we make our famous Têtes au Choco, our chocolates with liqueur, and also various types of milk chocolates from the region.
To support the different operational teams, we are looking for a
Pilot Worker
A true operational relay within the workshop, you coordinate the activities of your area and actively participate in running the production lines.
You ensure compliance with safety, quality, hygiene, productivity and food safety requirements, while contributing to team cohesion.

Support and develop the team
Shift work in 2x8
Mandatory and non-negotiable criteria:
First experience in food or industrial production;
Experience in line management or team leadership;
Your skills:
Good ability to organise and prioritise activities;
A keen sense of safety, quality and hygiene;
Rigour in following instructions and data entry;
Good interpersonal skills and team spirit;
Ability to react quickly to production issues;
A willingness to share your knowledge and support new colleagues.
Comfortable with computer tools
