Gear Assembler (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Independent assembly of assemblies for gear and special gearboxes
• Professional assembly and adjustment of bearing units
• Thermal and hydraulic joining of cylindrical and conical press fits
• Mechanical processing on conventional lathes
• Carrying out wheelset assemblies on the MAE wheelset press as required
• Active participation in continuous improvement processes within your own work area

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a machine, polytechnic or agricultural machinery mechanic with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Confident handling of technical drawings, especially assembly drawings
• Structured, independent and quality-oriented working style
• Experience in handling measuring instruments and operating machines
• Responsible handling of materials, tools and equipment
• Committed, reliable and flexible personality with enthusiasm for work
