What you bring

• Advanced professional training (Federal Certificate of Competence, Sales Manager, Finance or Marketing Planner)
• Personality from the insurance, financial services or pension sector including VBV certification
• Leadership and coaching experience as well as high social competence
• Extensive network in the sales area
• Flair for acquisition and sales
