YOUR TASKS
- You conduct the annual Top Risk Assessment together with the management team of the clinics in the care region either yourself or coordinate the results and ensure the consistent follow-up of the resulting measures
- You coordinate and moderate workshops on risk and control self-assessments (internal control system) with the risk owners, critically review the results and ensure the follow-up of the measures
- Furthermore, you analyse incidents, identify their causes, derive lessons learned and effective measures, and accompany their implementation
- You coordinate crisis and business continuity management and moderate BCM testings (crisis staff exercises)
- In addition, you prepare target group-specific risk reports for the clinic managements, the regional Chief Operating Officer and the Head of Risk Management at Hirslanden Group level and present the key findings to the management team of the respective clinics and outpatient units
- You promote a risk-aware culture by advising clinic managements, conducting training for management and executives, and actively engaging in the Hirslanden Group risk managers network
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Economics; additional training in risk management, business continuity management or compliance is an advantage
- You bring at least 3–5 years of professional experience in risk management, compliance, consulting or internal or external auditing; experience in healthcare is an advantage
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in project and change management
- As a person, you are characterised by high initiative, an independent working style and entrepreneurial thinking
- You present yourself confidently and diplomatically to management, enjoy moderating and have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- You are willing to travel occasionally within the care region and to attend Hirslanden Group network meetings 1–2 times per year
- You have very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
- You are proficient in MS Office; knowledge of risk management tools or governance, risk & compliance tools (GRC) is an advantage
