Fancy actively shaping the network at the Uetendorf site? As Network Construction Team Leader Uetendorf, you take responsibility for exciting projects and ensure that you and your team implement all orders efficiently and reliably.

Your scope for design

• You lead a team of 11 employees both professionally and personally and ensure that orders are implemented efficiently and in a structured manner
• You plan, coordinate and monitor projects in network and lighting construction from preparation to acceptance
• You carefully inspect construction sites and ensure compliance with safety and QUA requirements
• You instruct fitters professionally and support the training of apprentices
• In addition, you provide materials, tools and vehicles so that all work runs precisely and productively

Your strengths

• You have a basic technical education, ideally supplemented by a higher vocational qualification or a federal specialist certificate
• Several years of experience in network construction or a similar environment enable you to master complex tasks confidently
• You coordinate your team, promote strengths and secure results
• Structured and efficient working is a matter of course for you
• You find it easy to use IT applications and are ready to pitch in energetically during on-call duty if needed
• You feel confident in the German language
