The Bad Ramsach Quellhotel is idyllically located at the foot of the Wisenberg, above Läufelfingen. The breathtaking panoramic view over the Tafeljura of Baselbiet surprises our guests every day anew. The spa hotel features a large à la carte restaurant, banquet and seminar rooms, 80 terrace seats, and 69 hotel rooms. The spa, fitness room, as well as a therapy and wellness center complete the offer.

Service Team Member - Seasonal Position

Your responsibilities
- Welcoming and advising guests
- Managing your own station including billing
- Friendly care of our banquet and seminar guests
- Preparing the daily mise en place
- Adhering to and implementing standards in quality and service according to our Balance values
- Implementing and complying with hygiene and occupational safety guidelines
- Active participation in shaping service processes
Your profile
- Completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ or several years of professional experience in the service sector
- Service-oriented, warm-hearted, and positive personality
- Well-groomed appearance
- Team player, loyalty, and resilience
- Good knowledge of German
- Time flexibility (own car is an advantage)
