• As construction and project manager, you coordinate and supervise the construction sites on site and in the office, independently carrying out construction projects from the planning phase to the construction phase
• With your team, you accompany construction projects in the residential, hotel and industrial sectors
• You act in an advisory and leading role towards clients and craftsmen
• Cost and schedule planning, tendering and local construction management complement your varied and demanding range of tasks
• The workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• You have a basic education as a bricklayer, carpenter, or structural draughtsman and ideally have further training as an architect, project manager or construction manager / construction technician or are on the way to this
• Solid professional experience as a construction manager or project manager is an advantage (but you can also be trained in this area)
• Are you a resilient, competent and solution-oriented construction project manager with profile?
