On behalf of one of our partners, a recognised home care organisation, we are recruiting a Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC).
If you enjoy being out in the field, working independently and having a direct impact on patients' quality of life, this position is for you.

An essential role: You concretely help patients to continue living at home comfortably and safely.
A varied daily routine: No two days are the same. You meet different people and manage a wide range of clinical situations.
A team spirit: Even if you are alone at the patient’s home, you are part of a close-knit team with whom you can always exchange and find support.
Your tasks in the field:
Perform technical and basic care directly at patients’ homes.
Monitor your patients’ health day by day and adapt your actions if necessary.
Liaise with families and other health professionals to ensure smooth medical follow-up.
Prepare your equipment and organise your rounds to be efficient during each visit.
Support patients with everyday tasks, encouraging them to maintain as much autonomy as possible.
Qualifications
Your profile matches our partner’s expectations if you have the following assets:
Community Health and Care Assistant diploma with a strong desire to be in the field and in contact with people, as well as previous home care experience.
Strong team spirit, versatility and ability to handle unforeseen events calmly.
Up-to-date CV
Identity card
Work permit if possible
Work certificates
Driving licence with vehicle is essential
