We are looking for a committed group leader or assistant educator for a mixed-age group at our SIHLCITY location.

What are your tasks?

• Educational support and guidance of the entrusted children
• Designing a daily routine oriented to the children’s ages and interests
• Observation and developmental documentation using portfolios
• Supervising apprentices in the group
• Establishing a partnership in education with the families
• Organising and conducting excursions and parent activities
• Active participation in team meetings
• Creating a respectful, family-like working atmosphere

What should you bring?

• A completed qualification as FABE, educator, or comparable social pedagogical qualifications
• Trainer qualification is an advantage
• Expertise in early childhood, project work, observation and documentation methods
• Team player
• Initiative, creativity, and flexibility
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
