About the job
For our production team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a humorous, flexible and motivated specialist bakery worker for the night shift.
With us, you have the opportunity to carry out your work in a unique environment and at a modern workplace. In doing so, you support the integration of people with disabilities into the labour market.
The St. Jakob Foundation in Zurich offers around 450 people with disabilities protected workplaces and day structures. The employees are guided at work by 150 specialists.
These are your versatile tasks
- Independently managing all stations in the bakery
- Ensuring qualitative, quantitative and timely production
- Willingness to work night shifts including weekends
- Continuous control and monitoring of cost-effectiveness
- Adhering to and continuously improving our quality standards
- Supporting, accompanying and promoting our employees in the protected environment during work execution
- Complying with and implementing hygiene guidelines
What you bring with you
- Experience as a baker - confectioner or as a cook
- Quick comprehension and good professional knowledge
- You are an entrepreneurial thinking and loyal person
- Flexibility, resilience, tolerance and a pronounced sense of order and cleanliness
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Impeccable reputation
Working hours night shift: Monday to Sunday, 22:00 to 06:00 (with occasional weekend shifts).
Working hours day shift: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 to 18:45 (with occasional weekend shifts).
