Job Coach 60% (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Accompany and support job-seeking professionals with diverse professional and personal backgrounds in the context of this labour market measure (AMM) in their job search through individual coaching as well as in a differentiated group context
• Identify individual needs through coaching conversations and define individualised strategies, supporting their implementation
• Provide concrete support in further developing application strategies, application documents and personal presentation
• Ensure optimal communication including documentation with RAV personnel consultants
• Regular participation in case discussions, debriefings and internal training sessions

Your profile:

• Solid theoretical and practical professional experience in adult education (at least SVEB 1 is a must)
• Completed vocational training or tertiary education
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a qualified professional environment (HR / recruitment / AMM)
• Training and experience as a coach
• Broad labour market knowledge, current application know-how, good ICT skills and general knowledge
• Able to assume various roles depending on context – from adult educator, process facilitator, trainer, expert to moderator and supervisor – thus stimulating and making visible the individual learning progress of course participants
