- The core of your task is to examine reported suspected cases of unlawful benefit claims.
- You conduct oral and written clarifications, visit insured persons as well as clients on site, hold discussions, ideally carry out observations, and assess the results.
- You are also responsible for internal security.
- You gladly share your knowledge about insurance fraud with colleagues and support them in case management.
- You build a strong internal network and actively maintain contacts with external partners.
- For your clarifications, you work closely with insurance companies, investigative authorities, and other agencies.
Ideally, you bring
- Completed police training or professional experience in the security sector
- Professional experience in the social or private insurance sector is an advantage
- Experience in the field of unjustified benefit claims
- Willingness to perform, resilience, and decisiveness
- Loyal, flexible, and responsible personality
- Independent, precise working style, confident in written and oral expression
