Your role

• At our Lausanne service centre, your main task is to process care invoices from outpatient service providers
• You ensure that outpatient services for private clients are handled in strict compliance with current medical, legal and insurance guidelines
• This includes, among other things, checking insurance coverage, investigations related to the obligation to allocate services, correspondence and information for our clients
• As a contact person for our service centre, you are responsible not only for the competent transmission of information but also for client correspondence

Your profile

• You have a commercial or paramedical qualification
• You preferably have some initial experience in the insurance sector
• You stand out through your independent, precise and rational working method, as well as your client-oriented attitude
• You demonstrate proven skills in client contact and are fully committed to ensuring their satisfaction
• Your perfect command of spoken and written German will be particularly valued and prioritised
