• Development and implementation of scalable test strategies for traction systems to ensure highest reliability in fleet operation
• Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams from engineering, production and quality assurance to optimise test processes
• Analysis and assurance of system reliability through precise fault diagnosis and continuous improvement of test methods
• Introducing new ideas and technologies to enhance innovation in the railway technology sector

What you bring

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in railway technology, test engineering or related fields
• Solid knowledge in test automation, power electronics and railway standards
• Understanding of safety-critical systems, fault analysis and validation methods
• Team spirit, structured working style and willingness to take responsibility
