Transport Dispatcher 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Independent and optimal daily scheduling of around 10 vehicles

• Monitoring and organising the maintenance and upkeep of around 17 vehicles in cooperation with the workshop

• Daily planning with around 16 employees and subcontractors

• Friendly communication with drivers and customers

• Checking and processing delivery documents

• Checking the ARV and the work reports of the employees

• Holiday planning for drivers

• Safety and quality controls

• Supporting the department manager in tendering and acquisition

• Alternating on-call emergency phone duty in the evenings and at weekends

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) in transport or commercial field

• Several years of experience as a dispatcher in road transport with 10-20 vehicles

• Good knowledge of Swiss geography

• Open, precise and reliable personality with high social competence

• Persuasiveness and assertiveness as well as leadership experience

• Resilient and flexible

• Good PC skills
