The Willisau Retirement Home offers a family-like home for elderly people who rely on professional support, care and nursing. Various living arrangements provide unique quality of life and a homely atmosphere. Over 40 apartments with services, well-maintained gastronomy, nearly 80 care and nursing places, specialised living forms, spread over two houses, Zopfmatt and Breiten.

For the Willisau Retirement Home, Zopfmatt / Breiten homes, we are looking for a Cleaning/ Laundry Staff 40% at the Breiten home from 1 July 2026 or by arrangement

Your profile:

• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the field of housekeeping or a similar environment
• You are physically resilient, flexible and communicative
• You maintain a courteous and considerate approach to residents
• You have good German language skills, both spoken and written

Your tasks:

• You are jointly responsible for a smooth process in cleaning and laundry
• You carry out control, maintenance and basic cleaning
• You handle cleaning and laundry chemicals in an ecological and economical manner
• You work in the laundry cycle and commission resident and object laundry
• You operate machines and equipment in cleaning and laundry
• You participate in team meetings and further training
