Medical Practice Assistant Temporary 60% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You work independently in reception, appointment scheduling, telephone triage and advising our patients

• You maintain the medical records as well as the electronic agenda

• You plan the consultation hours including medication dispensing and material management

• You carry out various laboratory tests

• You care for our patients with: injections, infusions, dressings and instructions

• You assist with surgical procedures (not at the table, only handing sterile instruments, sterile draping of patients, dressing)

• Possibly stocking adjustment

• Possibly report correction

What do I need to be successful?

• Ideally, you have experience in a phlebological practice

• You have completed MPA training with EFZ

• You think in a connected way, have a quick grasp and organisational talent

• You enjoy working independently, are a team player and flexible

• You are an open personality with empathy and joy in dealing with people as well as a sense of humour
